These are guidelines that need to be followed while submitting images for representation at IndiaPicture

• Specifications of the format for submissions:-
  • Digital-RAW, 10 Mega pixel and above.
  • Digital Jpeg, minimum acceptable size – 4100 pixels (this format will only be considered for editorial usage).
  • Scans of T.Ps and negatives given as digital submissions should be 5000 pixels on the maximum side in Tiff format.

Advise to all photographers: Kindly save the images in Tiff as it will help to maintain the quality of the images for posterity.

• Appropriate captions of the images are required, such as location information (country, region, city, activity, details, etc) should be mentioned where ever applicable. Any other specific information that will describe the image will be preferred.
• Images with commercial relevance, using models or celebrities of people, are to be submitted with model release. If the model release is not available, it should be mentioned. Non model released/property release images will not be accepted for commercial usage and will only be applicable for editorial usage.
• The images sent to India Picture should not be shared with any other agency. Exclusivity of the images needs to be maintained.
• We would appreciate if the images are in the form of a story (editorial images), as it will enable us to showcase the images more effectively.
